Coaching and support

Sometimes life and work become overwhelming. When that happens, it can be hard to find clarity on your own. Having the right support can make all the difference.

One-to-one coaching, support and supervision offer a space to pause, feel heard, and work out what is most important.

Whether you are a parent trying to support your child through a difficult time, or a professional carrying the emotional weight of work with children and young people, it can be a relief to sit with someone warm, thoughtful and experienced.

Why one-to-one support can be helpful

There are times when we all need space to think, feel and make sense of what is happening. Being listened to with care and without judgment can help us feel less alone and more able to move forward.

My support for both parents and professionals provides careful listening, reflection, and clarity, leading to greater resilience in family and professional life.

For some people, one session is enough to think through a particular challenge. For others, ongoing support offers a steady, resourcing space over time.

This kind of support can help you:

  • find clarity when things feel complicated

  • feel more grounded in the middle of stress or uncertainty

  • understand what might be going on beneath behaviour, conflict or overwhelm

  • strengthen relationships and communication

  • respond in ways that build resilience, connection and wellbeing

  • reflect on what you need, and what might help

Why work with me?

I bring warmth and depth to every session, drawing on decades of experience with children, families, schools and professionals, and my work is relational, compassionate and non-judgemental.

I offer tailored support to each person, applying my knowledge of arts psychotherapy, trauma and recovery research, interpersonal neurobiology, connected parenting, and relational practice.

What those I support value most is the quality of space I create: thoughtful, grounded, deeply attentive, and focused on helping you find a way forward that feels both practical and care-centred.
