Costs and frequently asked questions
For team and organisation training and courses
COSTS
I like to be transparent about costs so you can easily plan what’s right for your team or organisation. Every piece of work I deliver is carefully designed to fit your needs, whether that’s a one-off training day, a reflective practice session, or a longer-term programme of support.
My training fees include all preparation and planning discussions, bespoke course design, digital handouts and learning materials, and a post-event debrief to help you embed the learning within your team. Each offering is tailored to reflect your particular context, priorities, and people.
For the corporate sector, fees start from:
£2,800 per training day
£2,000 per half day
£500 for a two-hour online reflective practice session
For the public and voluntary sector, fees start from:
£1,800 per training day
£1,200 per half day
£350 for a two to three-hour online reflective practice session.
Travel costs and overnight accommodation, where needed, will be added to this.
If you’re booking several sessions or developing a longer-term training programme, I can offer a discounted rate.
I’m also sometimes able to offer reduced prices for smaller charities or voluntary sector organisations, depending on availability.

FAQs for organisations
How far in advance do we need to book?
It’s helpful to plan around 8–12 weeks ahead so there’s time to shape the training to your needs. But if you’re working to a shorter timescale, get in touch. If I have space, I’ll always try to make it work.
Can the training be adapted for our team?
Absolutely. Every organisation is different, so I always start with a conversation about what’s happening for your team and what you’re hoping for. From there, I design something that feels relevant, realistic and supportive for the people involved.
Do you offer online as well as in-person sessions?
Yes. I run training and reflective practice both online and in person, and often a blend of the two works well. For example, an in-person training day followed by shorter online sessions to help keep the learning alive.
What’s the best group size?
That depends on the session. For most trainings, 10–25 people works well, giving enough space for reflection and discussion. Reflective practice groups tend to be smaller (around 6–12 people) so everyone can contribute and be heard. I am happy to talk about working with bigger groups too.
Do you offer support after the training?
Yes. Every session includes a short post-event debrief to help you consolidate what’s been learned, and I can also offer ongoing reflective practice sessions or follow-up workshops if you’d like to deepen the work.
Are you able to travel to us?
Yes, I work with organisations across the UK. Travel and overnight stays (if needed) are simply added to the fee.
Do you offer reduced rates for charities or smaller organisations?
Yes, I know budgets can be tight. I already offer lower rates for public and voluntary sector organisations and can sometimes reduce these further for smaller charities, depending on availability. Some of the smaller organisations I work with join with other teams to share the cost, or fundraise specifically for the training programme.
What’s the best way to book training?
The simplest way is to get in touch for a short chat about what you’re looking for and what might be most useful for your team. You can contact me using the form below and we’ll take it from there.
